Reserve a van

Insurance coverage provided by the individual renting the vehicle. A Certificate of Insurance is required from the renters insurance company. They can fax that directly to Cummings Mobility at 763-498-7226. A valid drivers license is also required. Vehicles are not set up for wheelchair drivers.
